1- Before disposing of any medical device in the Kingdom of Bahrain, NHRA must be notified by completing the Medical Devices Destruction Supervision Form and submitting it to medical_devices@nhra.bh.
2- After the required documents have been submitted, a Notice to Pay (NTP) will be issued for the applicable destruction supervision fee. Please refer to the Medical Devices and Supplies Fees.
